A Reserved Tome

In the Mage tower in Qeynos there is A Reserved Tome: The Book of Illusions, and when you click on it youre told its for the Queens eyes only. Does any one know if its for any thing? Likewise in Freeport theres a book for the Overlord as well. Just curious as to if they are for a quest or such.

You might ask this question in the lore forum, I've never heard of such a tome.
