I get this error trying to make a CS Tiket..

IE --> https://help.station.sony.com/cgi-b...duser/myovr.php

Firefox --> https://help.station.sony.com/cgi-b...-securet4-11609

Whats the problem?

I would advise using Internet Explorer for the station.com site.  Based on your description it sounds like the security settings might be too high in your internet options.  Try following these steps to see if they resolve the issue:

1) Select 'Tools' and then 'Internet Options' in your browser window2) Click "Delete Cookies" on the first tab.3) Go to the 'Security' tab4) Click on each web content zone along the top of the window and select 'Default Level' for each5) Click 'OK', close your browser window, and then reopen it before trying again

On your first example I get the logon screen for the account, oon the second eample I get a screen that lists all of the SOE products and a line that states click on the product you need support on - what exactly are you recieving?

    I'm having similar issues with both firefox and explorer.  I managed to get in by clicking on all the 'do not do this' kind of buttons.

    Yes, it can be confusing that the 'continue' button is the red one and the 'stop' button is the green one.  That happens because it redirects through the website of the company that programs our ticket system.
