Hi,

I am having issues bringing up my SC window...I can see what is for sale (kinda) and the little markers that signify coin but nothing else. I am not having any issues with any other feature or window in game. I am very interested in purchasing the little bear to help Child's Play... can you please help?

For the ones that I know are going to slam me about using this feature...let me elaborate. I am not thrilled with this on a total level, however if using  this feature is one way for me to  support a children's charity, then so be it. Yes I think the little bear is cute and no I wouldn't mind having one since each time I look at it, it will remind me of the help I contributed to support a great cause.

Pfft...  I am even thinking about buying a bear or 2...  lol

As for the SC window.,  are you using a custom UI by any chance?  If so, you might want to see if there is an update for it or perhaps go to the default UI to purchase the items...  SMILEY

Greetings,

This does sound like a user interface issue.  If you are using a custom user interface then you will probably want to make sure it's updated to the most recent version.  The next step would be removing it temporarily if the problem persists.

As a last resort you can delete the game's setting files so that the game can download fresh versions.  Keep in mind that this will reset your controls and user interface windows.  Moving them to another directory instead of deleting them would allow you to restore them, if you would like that option.

You may want to delete the following files and folders:cache foldereq2_recent.inieq2_default.iniEverQuest2.exee q2.iniAs well as the character specific files, these will appear as such:Servername_CharacterName_EQ2_uisettings.iniSt ationname_characters.ini

Please let me know if the issue persists after trying the above.
