Befallen: Cavern of the Afflicted - "Undead Joker" is glitched... I think

This named spawns when we kill a zombie then we kill the named. Kill another zombie and it spawns again. We got it to spawn 5 times in a row before finally killing all the zombies... this is a glitch I hope? Oh, and we also got the same earring every single time.

I think I know which earring you're talking about, and we got it twice in the same run. Didn't seem to have any trouble spawning the Jester though.

A couple of the folks in my group talked about this but it seems they may have fixed it? We did not have this issue on our run. I posted a guide to COA here for the folks that have not done it yet:
