DX9RenderDevice Error Or something....

Everytime i start up my Ventrilo Client EQ2 crashes with this error aboveVIsta 32bit With a Radeon 3870XT GPU DX10 a Sounblaster XFi gamer sound card I have tried reinstalling both DirectX 10 and Direct9 and DirectX SDK I have also tried varios Catalyst Drivers for the 3870XT - Interestingly i never had this problem with a Nvidia 7800GTX (old card)Could somone From SOE or a boneified Tech Freak please tell me what the Hell this window means and how i can fix it for ever. Ill do anything short of a Full Vista Install . PS i just happened to have ratonga sonic vision on at the time i did this Screenshot incase you are curious

Look at the stickied post in the forum on what diagnostic information is needed. Post it to the thread, make sure you follow the instructions in the note, not all the information is neede and you have to split it up into multiple replies to the thread
