House items with special abilities

Hello all!

I'm wondering if anyone has compiled a list of house items that do something useful anywhere. Until guild housing becomes available (if it does, is that still in the works?) I'd like to place a few items in our guild house that might actually make it worthwhile for our members to visit. I checked Trader's Corner and Everseek and found no such list. If not, perhaps we can list some here....

-Crafting stations- we chose Gorowyn for its neutrality and crafting tables are right outside so it's not a huge help to us but it may be to others

- The Tender's Growth Floret - Both the recipe and the rare primary ingredient for the Tender's Growth Floret come from the Emerald Halls raid zone. Along with the legendary tag, this item is lore, no-trade (can be commissioned), gives 2500 rent status reduction, and can be used by level 65 and above adventurers to teleport to Greater Faydark (copied from Trader's corner, thanks Naomi!)

- Statue of a Di'Zok Warrior, Sathirian Reverence Statue, Statue of a Sathirian Warrior - give favor of the artisan buff; obtained through RoK faction with either Riliss, Bathezid or Danak

- An Ancient Froglok Talisman

- A mailbox

- A work order clipboardIn distant memory, I recall some other items that gave crafting buffs but don't recall what they were...something to do with frogloks perhaps? *shrugs*

In any case, if you are aware of other items that give such benefits, or an already existing list, please do list them below.

p.s. It just dawned on me.. this list would be useless if these items could be used only by the owner of the item.. does anyone know if this is the case?

Oo nice, I was trying to compile a list of clickies for myself, esp buffs I could click before raids. Sadly I only got around to a few of the return of the gods quests. It makes me cry that I didn't get them.

Any friend & trustee should be able to use all items except the Mayong dropped fabled altars.

Have one of each ebony altar available.

Have a claimable burynai and houseplant

Treaure Horde - 4 year veteran reward, rent reduction, I think it only works in your own house.

You could count the Brell day items, I have 2 different kegs and this years bottle to get drunk by... free leveling of useless drunk skill. 

.3% rent reduction for each in the house, they stack as many as you want to use but each uses a T8 rare pelt which aren't that cheapaITEM -1393892710 -1960499180:[Di'Zok Honor Banner]/aaITEM 862360899 401424116:[Sathirian Honor Banner]/a

The Frostfell & Erolissi foods - very hardly useful but I guess if you wanted to go through the trouble of zoning babies in the house, eating food, zoning out to adventure, it's 5 hour food.

Just to clarify, these are crafted by carpenters who have 30K faction with Riliss, Bathezid or Danak and purchased the recipe, each requires 1 Tynnonium Cluster & other common raws.

Also a note on the diety live event house items, they do not stack (or did not a long time ago when I clicked 2 back to back), the last one you click overwrites.

Another useful item would be the carpet that takes you the Shimmering Citadel. Saves a heck of a lot of travel time. If I recall its the quest reward for finishing the access quest from the Caretaker?

Alas, I was away for most of the deity quests but did get the Pool of Tranquility and had forgotten all about it. I'll have to dig it up!

I'm currently working on faction for Riliss but I've encountered a bit of a problem.. I did the quests that Naomi so thoughtfully outlined on her site but, although they don't want to kill me, and I can pick up writs, they won't sell me the recipes so i can complete the writs! I guess i'll have to find some more quests that don't involve killing (only level 57 adventurer) to get faction up.

I will definitely do the quest for the Shimmering citadel carpet.

The ebony altars and Frostfell food won't be a problem (i stockpiled them in an alt's apartment hehe) and i already have the treasure horde, but..i didn't realize the claimable burynai and house plant did anything.. i think i still have them on my claim list!

I've never played LoN but it sounds like it would be worth it for the food carts!

Just a quick note- when you're given a writ to do, you're also given a book to scribe that contains the recipes needed. These recipes will vanish as soon as you complete the writ and turn it in, so you will have to re-scribe the book with every writ.I missed out on so many of the deity items!   And I really want a Floret, but I don't raid, so I don't see that happening. Ah well, hopefully more house items will continue to be added, player made or not. I may be a Carpenter, but I'm a Carpenter because I love house stuff, even stuff I can't make myself!

Aye, it's a shame so many of the good items are no longer attainable- ooh except i did realize that the Ancient Froglok Talisman is still...I think i'll list that in the original post as well. Although getting back to the village isn't much help once you zone out I believe it puts you in the eastern part of Feerott does it not? That can be handy!

I do hope you get a chance to get a Floret someday!

The factions are horrible for low level adventureres, I've gotten a few through it that way, esp Danak since you do 2 combines and have to move tables. I have 3 more factions to raise among 2 very low level adventurers.. sloooowwwwlllly working on it. Thankfully I got my carp done, I was able to adventure partly for Bath & Rilis but she's 72 so Danak was all writs.

I had thought of those briefly but I hate LoN items because I'm not into playing the game to get the cards, I have had one card drop ever for me, and i'm not paying 100p for any of the items, so I just pretend they don't exist and it was a terrible move to put all those cool items in a card game that people who just play the actual game can't get. But I'm sure the guild would have one LoN freak with every item on every alt, they all have a few.
