EOF healer armor?

OK call me dumb, but what is this EOF healer armor that I hear everyone talk about? And how do you get it? And what pieces are there?

I am guessing that ye mean the legendary set. The fabled set only drops in raid zones.

Here is a link to the Inquisitor/Templar legendary set called "Nem Anhk". Click each link on the page to see where it drops. Its nice effect for 6 of the set is 30% faster casting times.
