Best Purchased or Quested Gear

Ok I keep seeing posts on this question a lot and as such have seen some great gear suggestions but in all different threads.

I would like input for a more comprehensive list so that those that are either up and coming or dont have time to run instances till their eyes bleed will be better able to gear themselves at 80.

Rules for determining gear.

1. Cant be from an instance or contested mob unless it is lore and can be purchased from a broker

2. Please include Quested items and where they were obtained

3. Faction items and which faction they are from.

I will try to update this list as we get suggestions. Multiple suggestions for slots encouraged for play choices.

Page down, there are other posts that cover the same area, just cut and paste their info. BTW the quested Culinier BP is very good and beats many lower tier instance drops.

I have done a search on the wiki and lootdb for "Culinier" and have not received any results. Can you provide more information? Thanks.

Its the long cooking ingredient quest line offered by the fussy cat at Dregs Landing and cooked by the chef in Terrens Grasp. It gives a wide variety of rewards including the BP.

Its Cuisinier BP, sorry for misleading you, mea culpa!

Theres the mastercrafted Danak Essence Vial Neck with 2% riposte/parry also.

mantel of jarsath wastes is easily best shoulders by far, thats found in maidens off drusilla, armguard if farseer is a good dps symbol drops in coa off second to last named, one handers are either are epic or the nathsir shortsword, also theirs an item called a pristine incardine earing (this is not mastercrafted) that i beileve drops in chelsith great stats and has 6+def and 6 + parry on it, a similier wrist item can be cound elsewere thats all for now

oh almost forgot steel threaded ring off a questline from the drogan exiles kicks [Removed for Content]

if you already have anything may wanna try one or two grouping the weak x4 that drops sheild of green dragon otherwise arcane greatwall is best bet for sheild
