Need your expertise on a graphics card please, because i have none

I don't know much about computers but I know my current graphics card is junk. Nvidia 128mb quarto that came with the machine is what I'm using, and I run EQ2 on the lowest settings. I have 2 gig of memory and 2.8mhz (pen 4) and I'm looking a good graphics card anywhere from 80-130 dollars. Can you guys lend me your expertise?

Is the ATI Radeon X1650 Pro any good it's only like $80 at Wal-mart
