KP = black hole?

Hello, has anyone ever had the problem where they zone into Kylong Plains and all that is visible is the UI? everything else is black.

I tried the boat first, and every time I zoned in it did that. Next I tried a druid portal. It ended up putting me in KP for good except every time I try to log in now it crashes me instantly. If any information could be helpful please ask for it and ill see what I can do. THis is really bothering me.

edit#1: This is a pc related issue. I just tried it with my main PC and it logged in fine.

edit#2: In KC all the walls/ground is black. All I can see is the shape of them, the water, the sky and the mobs.

edit#3: Installing graphic card drivers. Forgot to do this after reformat. Drivers made no difference

reinstalling EQ2 /cry . Some file seems corrupt

Ouch! Sorry to hear you have to reinstall.I had the "everything is black" issue in SQ after calling back from Jarsath and had the black terrain issue in Jarsath as well.

Did you try a full file scan first?
