Veteran Rewards different between accounts?

Me and my buddy both recently renewed our accounts. When we compared our /claim section it turned out that while he had a lot of "One per character" selections - the same selections for me were "One per character - 3 total".

Meaning that while he could have the rewards across all of his toons, I'm now limited to 3 characters.

Is this a common bug or what?

I have 2 accts, and what I've noticed on mine is that whatever my current vet reward is for that acct is unlimited. Meaning, for this acct 4yr is my current and it's 1 per char--1/2/3yr are 3 char total. On my 2nd acct the 3yr reward is current and is 1 per char--1/2yr are 3 char total. All my other rewards are consistent between the 2 accts as far as I recall.

I've put in a support ticket about this issue and have been told that the unlimited /claims on the Veteran Rewards (specifically, not ALL rewards listed on the claim) was a recent change with the release of RoK. Unfortunately, older accounts did not get updated when they did this and they are looking to fix that in the near future.

Wait....you mean that the yearly vet rewards are finally going to be claimable by ALL toons on the account not just three then no more??? If so that would be great, as a severe altaholic who has been here since launch and changed mains alot that would be wonderful. I never understood why a reward for the player being loyal was limited to a set number of toons. It's not like the vet rewards for each year are tradable. And dangit I want ALL seven of my toons to have the Zealous title just to show how crazy I really am. SMILEY

This should be among a list of priority fixes. As it stands it's a slap in the face to players who supported the game early on.

Any word on when this fix will be going in for the vet rewards for all characters? I always felt the 3 per account was a stupid move. They are vet rewards for long term players...you should have always been able to get them on every character you have.
