Need Help Entering Poet's Palace

Where do you get the Poet's Palace access quest? I'm needing in there for another quest, and it won't let me in. It states I don't meet the requirements.

Poet's Palace is one of the few heroic zones in the game that still require an access quest. It starts in the Shimmering Citadel though you might need a pre-req quest or two before starting the actual access quest:

Be warned that, in addition to the aforementioned access quest, Poet's is a 4-level instance and there's a quest on each level to gain access to the next. Basically you need to fight your way to the mirror to the next level, get a quest from it and complete that quest before you can advance. Read the quest walk-throughs at EQ2i to see what you're up against, and heed the warnings about the third and fourth level lock-outs.
