Tynnonium Shackle

Hi

Does someone can tell me what is the quest to obtain this reward "Tynnonium Shackle" and where I can pick this quest.

I did not found with eq2i.

Don't know for a fact, but I presume it is a reward in the Swiftail Monk questline. I've not gotten that far in the series (up to Bronze). It is in Kunzar Jungle at the Tabernacle of Pain.

That is the second last quest reward from the monk quest series at the tabernacle of pain in Kunzar Jungle, iirc.

It is the last quest, not the 2nd to last.

The quest is acquired from the "grandmaster" once you have the Steel Shackle. It requires a trip in Seribillis and is a heroic quest.

There are supposed to be two grandmasters correct? For some reason on my server the one you talk to after the steel shackle seems to be missing.

Yes there were two. Seems the Grandmaster that gives the last shackle quest is gone...or moved. Anyone know what's up? I need this last quest myself.

Check to make sure you don't have one of the quests from the guy across the river, the one who asks you to kill monks. If you have one of his quests, you will not be given the option to take any of the monks quests.

He was down the other night on Blackburrow as well, a petition and he was up the next morning.

There is a problem, if somone fails the fight against the grandmaster he doesnt reappear for a while.
