Seriously though, don't you guys test your "patches" and "updates" internally before you apply to the actual servers??

Obviously no. Why do I spend so much time waiting for your patcher to be fixed, or the login servers to be fixed...etc....

I(we) pay for your service, the least you could do is make sure downtime is to an absolute minimum. I mean I have never ever had a problem with a symantic server, or autodesk download server...etc.. what gives???

/sick of spending much time in wait...

how about hiring someone with math 30 to come up with an equation to calculate exactly how much time i can't get online to your game (subtracted from the amount i pay montly to have 24/7 access) and give me a discount monthly from the fees i pay??
