Umm .. Entitlement differences between Boxed and DD RoK ?!?

I just added the boxed Activation to one of my accounts (have 2 others with Digital download) and noticed a big difference in what was added to the details.Boxed Version - EverQuest II Rise of Kunark 30 Day

In-Game Item: Cockatrice House Pet
In-Game Item: Booster Pack & Frozen Fingers
Entitlement: Rise of Kunark
Entitlement: The Fallen Dynasty
In-Game Item: Picture of the Desert of Ro
In-Game Item: Gazing Orb
In-Game Item: Mysterious Shard
Entitlement: The Splitpaw Saga
In-Game Item: Ring of T'Haen
Entitlement: The Bloodline Chronicles
In-Game Item: Talking Statues
In-Game Item: Paintings of EQII

Digital Download -

Entitlement: Rise of Kunark
In-Game Item: Booster Pack & Frozen Fingers
In-Game Item: Burynai Seeker House Pet
In-Game Item: Cockatrice House Pet

all the extra stuff is from the expansions and adventurer packs. You should have gotten all of them on both DD and Retail boxed. I already had all the other stuff when I did the DD so can't say for sure if theres a error or not.Unless you bought a standalone copy of ROK which I don't think exist. if you payed $39.99 for it then it should have had everything.

I seem to have the same issue as the OP. My account is not showing as having everything now enabled. This is also shown to be the case when I try to create a Fae character as the are not enabled. Seems like something is screwed up with them enabling the "All-in-One" features.

I would try to contact Customer Service but the Station.com web site is experiencing "release day" fits and I can't even get an email contact address.

Yeah, I'm having similar issues, but what with the d/l being hammered by most everyone, that's taking forever anyway so there's no point in "fretting over it" until the dust settles a bit and they've had a chance to look at the issues.

I DD'd from SoE strore and got everything but the booster pack, same deal with my 2nd account which I did DD'd through Direct2Drive(just to compare the 2 services...SoE is way better btw).

Did anyone get a booster pack?

Same problem here.I upgraded from an original EQ2 account without any expansions.All I got was RoK. No other expansions or adventure packs.Should have bought the boxed set....Figure I'd do the good Karma thing and save some landfill and give SOE a higher profit margin. Guess that taught me.
