Fantastic set of shots, thank you very much Ogrebears.

I noticed on your flickr account, the Kylong Plains shots 14 and 29 appeared to be a male dark elf-spider hybrid (dryderesque) and female dark elf/vampire-spider (black widow) hybrid (Llolthesque). Any more info on these? Is there a dark elf/vampire subplot that unfolds in the Kylong Plains? Thanks for any info.

The creatures you are speaking of are Drachnids. There is a L&L quest and possibly a kill title for them. They look pretty cool.

As GorgukGrimmfist mentioned they are in fact called "Drachnids" and were also seen in the original EverQuest. I'm not too sure how much lore is around on them specifically but I do remember a story of how they came into existance. I'll try to find the link.
