"Call Norrath 'Home' Again..." Promotion

Long story short, I recently received and EQ2 postcard in the mail as a promotion for returning to EQ2. I played EQ2 at release, but left the game and after seeing this postcard I've decided to give it a shot again.

What is confusing me is, it says on the back that I will "receive all expansion to date." I understand they will be downloaded digitally through the EQ2 launcher, but it seems that when I click expansions under the EQ2 Launcher, I get promted to buy the first two expansions, but not the most recent one. Am I missing something here? Do I have to do something before I can get the first two expansions?

Another question, it says I will receive a 'Special Win Back Reward Item ~ Pouch of the Well Traveled' but I can't see to figure how that works either... Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Hi there! Yes if you click on the expansions u'll see the option to buy the expansions but don't worry as a returnee myself you get all the current expansions including Echoes of Faydwer for FREE the only exception are the adventure packs which we don't get for free unless you subscribe to the station pass then you get them for FREE. If you check your account page click on DETAILS you should see all the expansions enabled. To claim the reward item type /claim in-game and you'll be prompted to redeem your rewards (they go directly to your inventory once you redeem them). Note: Many of the rewards are 1 shot deals so only claim them with the character which you want to play with as they are NO-TRADE. Some rewards can be used repeatedly on all characters or with limits).

People are reporting that Kingdom of Sky isn't snowing on their expansion list but they can access all the content. If it EOF you're missing? Grab a boat at the Nektulos Forest or Thundering Steppes dock and see if you can get to Butcherblock Mountains (or see if you can start an Arasai or Fae toon). If not, somethin'gs wonky.Your gift should be in your claim window - type /claim in your chat box.Welcome back!

Thanks a ton for the helpful responses! I can create a fae character, but when I go to create an arasai it tells me I need to download additional content, I've clicked download addition live content now while I play so hopefully that will fix it.

There was a thread about DoF not showing up but the content still remaining but I haven't seen one on EoF yet. Either way, to get the additional content just use the Preferences button on the patcher and select the appropriate options. There won't be any additional charges.

I also came back on the same promotion. My first night of playing (after a 6 hour download), I didn't have any of the expansions. The next night I had another download waiting for me (about an hour) and all expansions were enabled. I guess they just don't throw it all at you at one time.
