While some my say this is NOT a gameplay related problem, it is when you cant play.  I am trying to update my subscription to my main account because my CC expired the end of the month, and it is already not working.  I am trying to switch the card, but when I go to the site, it says ERROR!

 I looked and I dont see anything about maintenance today, please let me know.

I am still getting errors at various times while going through the process.  It will give the "ERROR" at random times, one time while trying to set up the station pass, then the next time I can get through that, but it will give me the error at the Credit Card screen.  It just seems random pretty much

That is what I found too when I tried accessing my account information.  I let OPs know so they are still looking into it.

Try again please.  It looks like it is fixed now.  I was able to access account info with no problems this time.

   I'm trying to resubscribe my second account which I started up with the EoF expansion which has the base game and all expansions included. When I go to subscribe and choose the plan I want  on the next page I come to DoF is unchecked and it says to buy. I checked regular 14.99 subscription and station access and on both of them it is saying I don't have DoF. This is wrong because DoF is included in the EoF expansion. Please look into this.

   I'm also getting a script error on every page of account management.

I know at least just a few hours ago the account page was still having massive issues.

I got my other account turned back on.  However, it probably took close to an hour to get through the process.  I finally had to add a billing source.. (this took probably 30 tries).  This basicly took a few steps off actually turning the account on.

If I tried to go through all the pages to resub (its about twice as many if you don't have a billing source).  I would always error out.

Maybe they decided to add the epic encounter to billing...

My Second account ran out on the 27th, but wasn't closed until today. When I tried to resubscribe  it said I didn't have a payment source, but it clearly showed that I did have one in the payment history section, when I tried to re-enter my card information it told me it was an invalid credit card and I got the same message the next time I tried. The next time I tried I got an error message when I tried to bring up the account management page. Today I tried again, hoping since my account was closed that it would be working. I'm hoping that when they get the DoF problem fixed that I won't run into the invalid credit card problem again when I try to subscribe again.

Did you purchase the retail version of the expansion? The digital download from Soe I believe only includes EOF and that is it. Circuit City, Bestbuy and direct2driv e download is the retail box version

Everytime I go through to subcribe, it adds my Credit Card as a payment source, then I've gotta type it all over again and when I do it says that credit card is already in my Payment Source page. What gives ? How am I supposed to give you money so I can add time to my account. Please take my money, it's good! =/

Same problem here when i resubbed yesterday, it said that if i wanted i could buy the dof expansion but i've bought dof, kos and eof in the stores so i should have had dof 3x..Or is this just an error?Is it possible to check soemhow which expansions i have and not? i should have them all beside the adventure packs of course.

I want to log to "My Account", it keep bringing me to the website french version because my computer is set in french, but I want the english version. Another question, once logged in, how do I change the secret question and secret question answer? I see no option to change this and I want to change my question.

Definatly still down, and I was downgraded from a full station players bundle to just getting advanced leader boards, and I am unable to correct it, all I get is "error" On the page after it confirms my credit card information.

I am told it is back up, but I really don't think so since I keep getting a random of three different errors and I see that others are having this issue as well SMILEY ... please.. I've been waiting since saturday... I really want to get my subscription back up and going.

By all checks I can personaly make, it appears to be up (even my personal account works). If you are having problems that speak differently, please contact CS and let them know so they can work with you on it. Thanks!

i got my account billing part corrupted, even the guy at SOE Phone Support tried to fill the subscription for me (i telled my credit card number) and got same error page.Can post this cause was allready 6 days on account broke, and the phone support guy was kind enough and gived me 3 free play days while its trying to fix it.If anyone got same errors better advice its try support by phone call, the chat support tells you to just wait and check forums, and the email support tells you to clean cookies..
