*thanks to Kimage for the title *This thread is to document items in game that sit in your visible armor slots, but which have no appearance. Ie, it shows as naked in that slot.aITEM 1253186553 665263696

It is off a low level quest. You have to do them in order starting with the first quest in the zone and you get the gloves off the 5th or 6th quest in the series.

So... no one knows of a more generic hands item, or a chest item? These are the big two besides shoulders IMO.

Which royally sucks because personally I want to have no graphic for shoulders, bracers and gloves. I want to be "bare arm"d in raids but still be protected. |

![]() I was ctrl+clicking around earlier on the broker (as I guess several hundred others were), I think the "producers" line of clothes (level 52 mastercrafted) have a bare gloves, forearm, and shoulders dealio. Further ideas might be got from the fashion pages of EQ2traders. http://eq2.eqtraders.com/articles/article_page.php?article=g99&menustr=065000000000

Tailored tradesman's cape (shoulders ) and sleeves (wrists)are invisible.. they are level 30 tailor made stuff, not sure if any else are invisible but they were cheap (few silvers) and my dark elf looks pretty hot now!Oh and to the above poster, those may be invisible but the chest piece may cover it up since it covers up any arms you have on.. (i tried it on) but they are mastercrafted I am sure much more expensive,

![]() Other items to check out for bare options would include the low level crafted roughspun, and specialist. One of which has the same graphic as the higher level crafter producers line, and thus much cheaper to get hold of.

![]() Having a warlock & tailor, I can confirm that the crafted cloth forearms and shoulders are invisible for T6 and under. They are, however, quite visible for T7. I'm not sure if they just forgot to put that graphic in or not. My warlock currently wears T1 crafted sleeves and wrists to bare her arms. I don't mind seeing my shoes (since I rather like my brown leather-looking cloth boots), but I would love to find cloth hands that are invisible... or at least a really neat looking pair of brown cloth gloves. I do know that the newbie monk gear has both invisible shoes and invisible pants. Sadly, monks (and maybe bruisers) are the only ones who'll get these, providing they were rolled after the archetype/class/subclass changes occured and actually kept their newbie gear. |

The Faded Wraps for bare hands are attained from the Ithari K'Xyrae beheading quest given by the wanted poster outside the mayor's door in the little starting village for Neriak toons. The quest can be gotten at any level over 3 (it's a lvl 5 quest). Dunno if it is a reward for all classes, but I know it is for Monks and Bruisers.

Not sure if any class other than brawlers can get the Faded Wraps, but I doubt it. I know that I as an assassin could not get them at least. Can't remember what I got instead, but was probably something worthless.

![]() All classes can pick up this quest at level 3+. but ONLY Brawlers can get the faded wraps from the quest, as a Guardian you get offered a Granite Pounded helm and some jewlery, the odd thing is tho, most classes can use the wraps /cry |

I really hope we can find armor that allows us to bare our hands. In my searching for clothes, I have found that a number of bracers have the appearance of bracelets, a small band around the wrist area. However, as soon as you put on a glove you can no longer see them, so what's the point?- KatsiEdit: homonyms are getting me.

![]() Yeah, I'd love to find some sort -- ANY sort -- of glove that shows invisibly. I want my finger wagglers to waggle their fingers, darnitall! Plus I've got my fury in a really nice leather set with bare arms, matching bracers, and I'd love to have the bare hands, but . . best I can do is a similar color of brown for the gloves which cover half of the bracer. Here's how I *want* him to look: But here's how he *actually* looks: And yes, those really were the "best match" I could find after looking through 40-some odd pages of gloves on the broker. |

Id really love bare feet as well as hands. As a ratonga with our unique look of 'paws' it really feels like a waste to have to cover it. Its great that my monk and bruiser can show it off, but I want my other furry girls to be able to as well.

Interestingly enough for the males, this guy here: aITEM -278758810 642218386:dragon fastened robe/a gives me barefoot no matter what I put in my shoe slot. So if you go with robes, you can wear that plus whatever shoe you are wearing for stats. |

Um, but what if you want bare feet without one of those garments?- Katsi

Um, but what if you want bare feet without one of those garments?- Katsi For my warlock I have her in the female tradesman's tunic. Normally this will cover the chest, arms, and legs all by itself, but the feet show through. I put the "opulent gold skirt" on the leg slot. The skirt is stil "covered" by the tunic, but it now covers the feet slot with "bare." I can cover the bracers with invisible stuff from tier 1, but I'm still stuck with gloves on the finger-waggler too. Though she is barefoot, at least. I don't know what other armor you are wanting to wear on your legs, though, so I don't know how well it would work out with the skirt being used to make the bare feet. |
