UI Guide for EQ2?

Has anyone made a guide for using the UI? I have all kinds of problems with the standard UI, particularly with setting up chat channels, but also applying settings at the broker and in my recipe book. Also, I imagine the UI can be used to do all kinds of neat things I've never thought of, since I'm always too busy struggling with the basics. What about a source that discusses the various custom UIs that are available and their features and benefits. Does something like this exist?

I recommend Profit UI from eq2interface.com. It is a great UI with tons of builtin extras. You will say to yourself "How have i been playing without this for so long!!"
