![]() I am trying to move a character to another account but when I try to it says "Your account validation failed." I have EOF and KOS on both accounts, any thoughts?

I had this problem moving toons between my accounts because one of the accounts was originally in my husband's name. A 20 minute long distance phone call to San Diego solved it.... 15 of those minutes spent telling the CS person to 'just fix the underlying problem and i'll move the toons myself' Remarkably he did. Good luck!

Posting here is not going to get it solved. I had the same problem as the OP...went to the live chat, waited 15 mins in the que, answered a few questions the TSR asked and 5 mins later my toon was transfered. If you are having problems with email verification then you have some other underlying problem. No I am not a forum moderator, just a user that has used the Customer Service before for my problems and each and every time they have helped me in a courteous and timely matter.

I had the same issue as the OP as well. Opened a support ticket through their system and within an hour they replied with a form indicating what information they needed from me to fix my accounts. About an hour after that they fixed my accounts and reported back. Was one of the best CS experiences I have ever had with any product.

They would request the last four digits of credit cards on both accounts.
