As the email support and the chat support are down I ask it here, how can I delete or reset the secret question so I can change my password?

For that particular issue you are going to want to contact e-mail or chat support at http://support.station.sony.com, or call in at 858-537-0898 to speak to an Accounts representative.

Are you able to call in? The site seems to be working for me at the moment on IE6 and Firefox.
