What's this say?

I found it in one of the tents right by where the 3 gate callersand that wierd door is, up on north-western Nektulos Reg(looks like this when you walk in) upside down(flipped around) Sorry, I sharpened the photo really quick So what is it?  Can you guys decypher it?  I checked the languages and nothing looks like this, or at least to my knowledge. EDIT: It might be backwards, you never know, doubt it though.

There's an Open-faced book furniture item design. You can get one from a solo questline in Nektulos. The pages look the same as what you posted. just pointing it out. I can't translate.
