So what's the consensus on the cloaks available too us? I've seen people wearing Zet a bit, Ro more often than not, and then there's the new kid on the block, Cloak of Unrest? And adorns, Fae fall vs FT3 is it? Should we put our lives on hold till we're all Unrest'a'cloaked?

IMO Cloak of Unrest > Cloak of the Burning Prince > Cloak of Zet If you're gonna use the resources to adorn your cloak then FT3 > all.

What mob drops the cloaks in unrest? I've only been in there once, and had to stay up until 3am just to do it with the raid schedule I was trying to hold down (luckily i got the wand on the first trip). I've got more time now and really want to get the caster cloak.

![]() Well since falling got a nerf period. The less falling dmg isn't as useful as it might have been. Like it used to be a pain to jump down to AoA, as I had to wait to heal up after each jump to a ledge, now I can just hop on down the ledges real fast and take little dmg. So the FT3 as little as it is needed I think is the better choice. And Zet cloak was shown to just not matter as much for Wizards as the 65dmg on Sol Ro cloak. Haven't really taken a look at unrest cloak to comment on that.

I'd love to get an Unrest cloak, but may favorite for raiding is V'Ncenzi's Voluminous Cape.

One thing to keep in mind with regards the cloak of unrest, is that procs which reduce the recast time of all spells by x%, do NOT stack. I had this confirmed to me by a dev. Basically the proc with the largest % decrease which is active will take priority. I got the following earring the other day: Earring of Unkempt Power

So just something to keep in mind if you ever intend to get multiple items which proc temporary % recast time reductions.Hmm, for longer fights, I would think having two items would give you a greater chance of having one of the two reducer up at any given time. That would be the only reason I could see to have multiple items.
