I seem can't find how to make EQ2players signature that I kept seeing all over forums. I saw "how to" before forum re-vamp and now it's lost somewhere? Please link me to that thread thanks.

  1. Go to EQ2Players.com
  2. Sign in
  3. Under "Station Players" in the left-hand column, click "Characters"
  4. Under "Characters," click "Forum Signature"

From there, you can choose which character you want the signature URL for.  SMILEY

I found this part but I'm having trouble with the picture.  I tried uploading one but it poofed - no clue if it uploaded or not I didn't get a message.  It may or may not appear magically in 24 hours. But then I saw this: To use your signature image on a forum, just copy the url string below and add it to your signature area on your profile preferences page. It uses a copy of your paperdollimage, so if you would like to change your signature image you will need to upload a new paperdoll image from in game or in the Admin area on your EQ2 Players profile.  Your new image will be reflected within 24 hours on your signature. WHAT paperdoll image from in game?  Is there is a feature to do this?  Is there a command to use?  Not sure what it is talking about. Thanks! SMILEY

Shift + PrintScreen saves a paperdoll image.

It works! SMILEY Thanks for the help.  Got the paperdoll uploaded and if everything is working as intended it should show up in the sig tomorrow. SMILEY

I have a "How to Post Your Sig" thread in the Signatures forum that might also be helpful.  SMILEY

She sowhow got loose from the Roster Master thread and now appears to be supporting EQ2Players as well... SMILEY

Good thing, too - since god knows there aren't any SoE employees doing it!

Kevlin:  Thanks!  *blush*  I've been ok...busy trying to get a webdesign semi-business up and running.  My first customer (who's actually a customer first; my other "customers" have been friends so far) is a real nut -- in a good way! -- and it's been a lot of fun working with her and getting her design finalized and realized.  I think I'm going to like doing this for a living!

Grue:  I've been loose.  :p  (Wait, that sounded bad...)  Nah, seriously, most of this stuff is common sense; people don't want to read or they don't want to look.  I practically know the site inside out anyway, so I figure I'll give a little help here and there.  Good karma, and all that.
