Bugged toons with TU #21

Tried to log in Kella, the main, after TU #21 patched in just now. Told first that the login server could not be found (even though Pondscum, sitting about two yards to my right, was in just fine). Then told that I had a problem with my character and should log on with another one to /petition stuck character.All well and good, except Nimari, my alt, ALSO can't log in. I took great pains to make sure I /camped Kella safely before the server dropped -- in Blades -- and I haven't played Nim in two days. SMILEY

Pond says that other players have the same problem, in the Test channel, but I can't log in to share. SMILEY

I can't log into my main toon either. She was camped in Barren sky. There doesn't seem to be any relation between the zone ppl camped in and their stuck toons. I also went through that same process kella. I tried to log in after Ducky already had and got the message saying the server was still down. Then when I tried the second time I received the petition message.

For a data point - Kella and I logged at roughly the same time, both inside the same instance of Court of Blades, roughly 5 minutes prior to when the server was slated to go down for the patch to #21. Pondscum can log in fine, Kella can't.

It seems some ppl can get their toons in the game and then crash upon zoning w/out being able to retrieve their chars.

A second issue that seems to be popping up. After zoning I saw the message in my guild window stating that I had logged out. I could still read chat, move around and cast, but nothing else really. I forgot to see if i could interact w/ NPC's. I could not camp though, and I had to /exit to leave. A guildmate of mine had that same problem about two days ago.

That's what happened to Etoile, the 10 Swash I logged in when my 61 Assassin and 25 Fury both proved to be unplayable. I moved her around Qeynos a bit, then did level 11 in Antonica, then crashed to select on zoning to Blackburrow and now I have 3 toons that can't be logged in at all.

On mine, I couldn't log in 2 of my characters, so I logged in Joren, moved around, zoned to the TS instances, and was fine, but tried to zone to oakmyst forest to look at a problem, and hung up.However, my lv12 Conjuror could run around, zone, and generally cause mayhem anywhere that he wanted to go.

Raz can't log in. I loggen in an alt to run around with, and was fine, untill I tried to zone into TS (dumped to CS). Dont know if they are stuck, but I don't think I'm gonna try again for a while.

Edit: Raz is stuck in Maj Dul

Freezes up when it gets to 'receiving zone information', nothing happens for a minute then the character is dropped to character select, trying to get the character back in results in the following error message:'There was an error that prohibited the server from letting you play. Please try again in a few minutes.'Another thing I just realized, is I am on SOEBuild=2840IIRC that is a pre-patch build number?might look into thatKuulei has been stuck at 'receiving zone info' for quite some time now as if the server is not responding at all, not sure if that helps pinpoint the problem and after as long as 5-10 minutes, it finally drops her, not to character select (she is in tenebrous) but to te server #1, or server #2, etc and finally disconnecting altogether saying to try again later.

Got the 'cannot log in character' problem with Garinof zoning from a grifter instance into Majdul just now. Crashed to char select and tried to log back in. Got the message that there was a problem with that character and couldnt log in. So, tried to log in Sunrayn who was camped in EF, couldnt log him in either, got a message that login server was busy.

Thought maybe the server crashed but, I logged in wife's characters and they loaded fine. Finally got Rindall logged in baubleshire.

Update: Two of mine are stuck now. One in MajDul and one in TS. I'm not planning on trying anything else untill there is some type of update on this.

Ok I have two characters now stuck. I attempted to log Labb on from the patcher with auto play and got the message "can not connect to the server at this time. please try again in a few min." Next time I loged into select character and tried to log my monk on. Got the message "There is a diffculty logging your character in returning you to character select. Please log another character and petiton about a stuck character." It sure would be nice to know if ya'll are even aware of this problem let alone if you are going to try and fix it before the weekend.Labb AccidentTest Server
