After I could customize my Soga model, I really like it, but the one thing I absolutly hate is the run.  I walk like i'm a female, I walk backwards like i'm a female, but the run.. it's AWFUL!!  I run like i have something stuck between my legs (no offense intended, just no other way to really describe it)  It's not feminine at all, it's more of the male run to me.  The legs are bout the same spaced apart as when im' standing.  I'm a wood elf, I haven't looked at any of the other races yet.

That is the exact thought I had when I saw the woodelf female run in SOGA model. It made me both sad and want to laugh at the same time. :smileysad: :smileytongue:

I have to agree. I made a half elf female scout and her run is very awkward. Her daggers also float over her hips without touching them.

Edit: When she had a round shield, her head and arms would stick through it when she was running.

I have screen shot, but no idea how to post them :smileyvery-happy:  Of her running.  And also a armor bug, when raising arms, climbing walls or cheering.  Her armor goes to bout twice the size at the top under her arms, the waist is fine.  I will bug ppl bout how to post them :smileytongue:

now that were on female soga models.. I have a problem with my enchanters persona.. every time she zones.. my persona has a sex change.. Most the time she ends up male, tho every now and then she pops as female again atleast until the next zone..

well one thing i have noticed with female soga modles is that there arms do not match the socket size of the body. this is very noticble when you do a emote like cheer. when they run the shoulder hunch uo and are verry blocky.  while i wouldnt say the run like a man i would say they are very stiff and run more like ther back bone cant move ate all or there hips so its verry bizzar looking.  also the wood elf seems to be overly endowed. realy noticble when running so a litttle more work is needed on em.

I didnt add this in the fun game of Sephiros because I doubt it is something that is going to change which is so terribly discouraging. I love to play my 53 almost 54 bard.  She is a dark elf, and the most beautiful character I have ever played.  And I dread grouping.  Why? Soga.  Other people see me in that model and I am ashamed. I hate them. Every time someone reminds me they see me that way I just want to log off it horrifies me so much.  I created Xeven, there is not a single soga model configuration that I find even close to tolerable.  One person told me today I looked very crabby.  I though oh really? I had changed my eye color and thought that might be it, and then I realized he had SoGA on. I said I dont like soga....I tried everything to get my dark elf to not look sour and nothing worked!  I realize you wanted to give people options, but why you lacked confidence in your own fabulous models I will never know.  At the heart of these games is the identity for many people.  SOGA stole my bards identity.  I have seriously considered retiring Xeven, the best character I have ever played and maybe playing my gnome who looks gnomelike in either form...but the idea is so terribly discouraging....I really don't know. Why didnt you just create soga servers?  Leave the rest of us alone.

Considering you can turn the sogo you see off and on. Seems like it would be a simple change to make it were instead of 2 dozen toggle switches to set what you see. Have one toggle switch to set what others see you as. Some people would pick sogo some wouldnt. People would be seeing both models all the time and I think it would add to diversity, which is always good.Perhaps thats too late, perhaps not.

The flip side there is not good either, because then other people could force me to seem them i SOGA and I freakin hate how SOGA looks.Personally I think we shoudl just be able to have a flag that makes us always show up to others in the original models, but then people who like SOGA would be upset.Really in the end it just comes down to saying -- I make my character look the way I want and if you don't see it the same way, thats your proble not mine. I look ugly? Turn your [expletive haxx0red by Raijinn] SOGA off then.

Actually, when people made the characters there was no SOGA--adding soga doesn't change what people chose, if  they choose to see themselves and NPC's as soga models, that would be fine. But just like SOE decides what color hair an NPC has, you should see me the way I choose, not the way you choose. If I am ugly to you, but you see me the way I intend, well thats more real than I look entirely different than I actually do because you choose.  I might as well be a dwarf or a barbarian, the difference is so dramatic.  Maybe I could choose to see you as a halfling girl....to me it is the same.  I chose my characters features before, no one else should have control over my character. Period. ~Eva
