Plague of Rats & Swarm of Rats not working right

When either of these spells is cats at a mob, no rats appear at all like they should. When looking at the messages given during combat it gives the impression that the spell is cast, affects on both caster and target, immediately disperses (for the first time) before you get the message that you gain control of the rats and then at the end of the combat you once again get some messages indicating that the rats disappear. The time in between the casting and the end of the combat no messages whatsoever seem to indicate any rat doing any damage. I've /Bugged this with the exact messages in the report.

Shadowknight pet spells are also broken - nothing is summoned, in spite of a 'You summon xxxxx' message in combatspam. Bugged it in game too. Probably the same issue as the above.
