The bard-only Nightchord Cap currently uses the Swashbuckler graphic.  Will it now take either the troubador or dirge graphic, or are we stuck looking like rogues?

We're men, we're men in tights. We roam around the forest looking for fights. We're men, we're men in tights. We rob from the rich and give to the poor, that's right! We may look like sissies, but watch what you say or else we'll put out your lights! We're men, we're men in tights, Always on guard defending the people's rights. [Dance number, chorus line style] We're men, MANLY men, we're men in tights. Yeah! We roam around the forest looking for fights. We're men, we're men in tights. We rob from the rich and give to the poor, that's right! We may look like pansies, but don't get us wrong or else we'll put out your lights. We're men, we're men in tights (TIGHT tights), Always on guard defending the people's rights. When you're in a fix just call for the men in tights! We're butch.

Exactly.  The developer's and art team just dont know how to make bards a unique class.

Well ... confirmation would be nice ... but most of them can easily be figured out ...

  • Assassins = "Ninja"
  • Bruiser = "Bruce Lee"
  • Dirge = Fergie!  ...
    • I've always wondered if the creator of that hat had a crush on Fergie of Black Eyed Peas; she wears alot of Berets / She even has a Hairstyle that looks like she is wearing one.   And, her voice has been known to break glass .. so viola!  Dirge! (banshee)
  • Troubador = Singing Rangers .. lol .. It's funny!  I can't stop the song from playing in my head!!
  • Defiler = Animal Trophy *shrug*
    • .. Though, I think they should have added some particle effects to the eyes .. would have made it more "possessed".
  • Ranger = Hood.
    • Oh! come on .. how many Ranger-wanna-be's (myself inc) have watched LoTR over and over again and wanted that cool cloak of Aragon?  From the 1st Movie.  Where he is hidden in the shadows and looks so sexy .. err .. mysterious and rough and .. *pants* .. uh .. yeah ..
  • Inquisitor = Roman Catholic, anyone?
  • Templar = It's the Clerical / Scribe hat from way back when .. It really was a holy hat .. really .. SMILEY
  • Beserker = Viking Warriors ..duh !
  • Brigand = lol .. this one is a stretch but the Hamburgler does steal hamburgers ...
  • Swashbuckler = Flashy Pirate Hat; which can easily be mistaken for a "[Removed for Content]" hat but with more class .. SMILEY
  • Pointy Hat = Wizard!

The summoned wolf *is* the one on the head.   The summoned wolf is DEAD!

That's what the wolf gets for trying to bite the hand that feed it ...

chopped up and made into a helm and bound for all eternity to obey his master/mistress.

AGG!!! I'm stuck in this joke mode!!!

For some reason, I get this idea of a "far side" caption:

"Bill, the defiler had the odd feeling he was being watched"

Problem I have with hats that shows hair... most of the time that peice of hair that is attached to the new hat... it's not the same color as my own char.It would be nice if hats that reveal hair were maid to let the hair show (at least partially) and for those who have spiked mohak hair... well i'm sorry if you put a hat on your hair it'll get flat SMILEY

Patience!

Classes still in the "shared" category:

  1. Coercer (I think they are going to be rolling dice to see who gets the "quilted helm" )
  2. Conjuror
  3. Fury
  4. Illusionist  (I think they are going to be rolling dice to see who gets the "quilted helm" )
  5. Mystic (though, "I" think they will get the bear helm)
  6. Necromancer
  7. Shadowknight (though, "I" think they should get the Skull Helm)
  8. Warden
  9. Warlock
  10. Wizard (though, "I" HOPE they get the pointy hat)

10 out of 24 .. not bad.  *shrug*

Yep, and really, they only have six more hats to do.  So they only have to put out one, maybe two, more batches of class hats to finish the whole thing

currently?  like a dead bear ...

Fury hat isn't out yet.  The placeholder ( the "dead bear" ) helm is being shared by Furies, Mystics & Warden
