not really TESTER feedback (since test doesnt really have GMs at all), but I agree 120%. The EQ2 GMs have the easiest job ever.

Player: Something is wrong with my character, he is level 17 and can't start the betrayal quest

GM: Blah Blah auto response, you said you have a quest problem. Have you checked to make sure your journal isn't full? blah blah... You should disable your antivirus blah and firewall blah blah

A well written, constructive post would have not been locked, would have stayed up much longer and perhaps gained the support of the community thus (eventually) turning heads at SoE. This post will be locked and disappear....Not the best way to get an issue resolved...
