Relic armor for assassins is a dark blue. Green is nemesis armor, which any rogue (brigand,swashbuckler) or predator (ranger, assassin) can use. Most nemesis gear is better than Relic. Both are fabled. Piece of other armor are better. By the time you get to T7 though, eveything will be changed as the expansion gear filters in. I hope we do get some ninja-black gear by then.
