Took me a while but finally got a complete set of Sonorant Relic Gear from Lab.   Many many late hours of farming. But it payed off.

Does anyone but me want to hand out props to SOE for the naming in this tier?

Those of you who haven't blocked my posts yet have probably realized that I adore colorful words.  And the armor names this tier -- Sonorant!  Nightchord!  Stormchoir!  OK, due to playstyle I'm never going to actually have any of those, but the names just make me all gooshy.  Even Melodic, which I've got to commission, just 65% away now.

I think the development team in general has done an ab-fab job of naming the ten jillion NPCs, places, and bits of color in this game, and since we spend most of our time on these boards whomping 'em for not making dirges the uber-class -- and justly so -- I just wanted to throw out a teensy compliment so they'll be off-balance when we turn on 'em again like so many rabid Chihuauas.

Edited to fix the typo and make Sorschae's post incomprehensible

OK, I take it back.  You knew I would.  Rabid chihuaua time.

I love the name, but the xegonite melodic is simply hideous.  I look like a spiky grape.  I'm sorry, melodic = shoulder spikes -- not on any planet except the world with only shrimp.

And it clashes with my hair.

I'm not fond of the spike look either.. or the chest plate.  The spikes look... amateurish and the plate.. well.. with [Removed for Content] it looks.. wrong.I don't really like the wing-y shoulders either.  At least not for me.  I'm afraid I'll poke my eye out if I look to my side to fast.  But.. then again with the spike shoulders, I can't shrug, so I can't be indifferent about anything.
