Any recomendations for armor and weapons in the 30s?

I am coming up on 30th level fast, and was wondering what the best armor to swap in for my AQs is. I know that I can get Ravenring from Nek, but I think thats high 30s. I also know that I can use my PGT starting at level 32, but that still means I need something else to use until 40th for SSoY. Any recomendations?

Crafted weapons, in hindsight, don't seem worth the cost. I used them from 10-21 and after that started finding better dropped weapons. Any quests that you can think of off the top of your head that will yield a good weapon or armor for 30+?

If you can hold out just a hair longer try to Xp in Runnyeye Citadel. There 2 quests in there for a top and bottom thats darn good. I believe the pieces are lv32 req. Along the way youll prolly pick up weapons and various jewelery items as well. Lots of nice loot in there. Id recommend going to one of the quest sites and making some notes on all the quests you want in that zone so your prepared to find them, because some of them are "kill such and such # of mobs" and it sucks to get a quest after you could of been halfway done with it.
