I have respec'd to use a 1hander now so my AA's are the following

STR:  4-1-x-x-x  - turnstrike
AGI:   x-x-x-x-x  - nothing
STA   4-4-4-8-x  - max double attack AA
WIS   4-4-4-4-4 - DKTM
INT    x-x-x-x-x - nothing
If  you have a sword the 1 point in turnstrike is great especially if u raid alot, for a more casual player I dont know if those 5 points to get it would be worth while

It completely depends on your playstyle.  For raiders, taking anything other than Bladedance and DKTM is a waste IMO.  For soloers though, Bladedance is useless.

I went this way:Strenght 4 5 8 8 0 Wisdom 4 4 4 4 1Strenght:Well 4 in +Strenght just to unlock the next abiltiy...5 in Turnstrike to unlock the next ability, used to use it often but not having a sword anymore...8 +Defense skill is always good. Only got the spell adept III but with 8 points it raises defense skill by 26. Very useful in groups.8 +Buff effectiveness.... thats especially usefull for Raxxyl's. Having it Master I every point spent raises str and sta of everyone in grp, I think 164 total but not sure. (Will check next time I logg in and change the amount if necesarry)0 ....not worth it in my oppinion. 8 points for a Grp-Turnstrike hmmmWisdom:4 ... to unlock the next....troubs and wisdom.....4 ...to unlock the next.... dont even have a bow atm, BUT if you have a bow this is a nice ability. Hope ill get some nice bow soon, got the throwing weapon thing from Claymore SMILEY4 a VERY nice abilty. +6% runspeed and some incombat runspeed gets me up to +40% without a horse or so. Saved me alot of money and status + dont need carpet anymore :94 Casting speed 4 teh win! Sometimes I think getting this one up to 8 and lowering the +defense abilty to 4 would make more sense but not entierly sure.1 This is, in my Oppinion, the most usefull AA ability the troubador is able to learn. +7,5% to every critical chance just like that.... very nice! absolutly worth it!And this is AA lvl 50 SMILEY

I disagree with the Bladedance, it is so seldom that a ~6min recast (after jesters) group prevent aoe would be useful, the casters are far enough away usually that either they don't get hit, or avoiding just one over a 6 min period seems kind of pointless, now if I were a dirge and with the mt/meleers I might be singing a different tune.  Do correct me if i'm wrong on that, I might give it a try, but like I said, it seems very situational and very seldom that that situation would arise.  That said, I don't really see any of the other AA lines being that useful either (except DKTM of course), I've got 1 pt in turnstrike to see how I like it, and will be conitinuing down the agi line to get the poison proc to see how much that hits for me, putting 8 pts there and probably 8 in bump, if I decide to get rid of turnstrike.  Even the poison seems not very useful IMO, I spend more time casting spells that meleeing, I'd much rather see that be an extra spell proc than a poison affect.

It's really useful, I use it all the time.  Mobs like Cruor and MO it can make a huge difference on, and on fights where your healer dies, it can stop your whole group from going down.  I'm pretty sure most bards in the top guilds have taken it.

So.. after DKTM, is Poison Concoction worth anything..? Or would it be better to just go with the casting speed AAs? I dunno.. anyone have an AA planner by chance? thanks

I originally went STA and maxed out double attack, until I had capped at 70 and gotten enough points to instantly take DKTM in the wis line. If you're not planning on shuffing AA every other week, you're better off starting in something other than the WIS line.Currently I'm at:AGI 4-5-4-8-0WIS 4-4-4-8-8I've been debating dumping the AGI line (cept maybe for bump), and going into either STR or STA again. When I originally took AGI, I excepted the poison at the end to increase in damage as well as increasing chance to land - which it doesn't. STR sounds fairly useful, but most raids I've been in lately I've been with a brigand (who doesn't need it), and a ranger, and a couple casters. I'm generally the only one at risk in melee. For ranged stuff, the STA double attack line for using a bow would probably be more use.Either way, if you're still leveling and spend enough time soloing between groups, I think the stamina line is the best, earliest paying off you can get. Your first respec is free, and the one after is only like 10s.

for the agi poison line, does the % chance go up with each point you put into it or does it just incrase the damage? 3% chance doesnt seem that great to me.

Poison never increases in damage, it caps out at 200 initial/100 tick, at 24% chance. It sounds better than it really is.

WIS 4-4-4-5-8AGI 4-8Last points would be spent on STR 4-8, if I ever bother playing for XP again.
