Missing level 40 spell?

The Scout's Sanctuary lists a spell called Starling Howl as a level 40 spell available to Troubadors, but the merchant in Elddar Grove who sells the rest of the level 40-50 spell scrolls doesn't have it, and I didn't appear to learn it automatically either. Does anybody know if this spell exists?

I don't think it exists. If it does, I have not received it yet being at 45.7 as of last night.

Prima guide says that we get 4 spells at level 40

lvl 40 : High elf disguise (fluff)

lvl 40.4 :Breathtaking Bellow (ranged Mental dmg DD with interrupt)

lvl 40.4 : Eli's Thunderous Antehm (ranged Arcane dmg DD)

lvl 40.8 : Exquisite Shrill (reanged Mental dmg DD that lowers STA)

no mention of startling howl >_<
