What level is Hurricane?

I keep reading about the buckler ability Hurricane, but have not seen it yet, and can't seem to find an answer on many EQ2 sites. So what level is Hurricane? Any help would be great.

yep level 55 ancient skill we swashies have wasted rare tier 6 pearls or vanadiums on....lol apparetly we got the pre-emptive nerf due to the fact duel weilding weapons were getting a higher proc chace....( though why they just didnt adjust the [expletive haxx0red by Raijinn] proc % on dw of each weapon ( 10-15% from 5%) is beyond me...

Yeah, Hurricane is lvl 52, still worth the pearl imho.

Does an Adept 1 drop for Hurricane? I bought an Adept 1 for Hail of Steel.

I have seen an Adept I on the broker. Not sure what the % was, maybe 33-35%
