Lets hear it folks.

In my opinion the dots breaking our high level wards is about as serious as it gets.

It has to be DoTs breaking wards.  This is a very serious problem for us as its our most efficient form of healing (once debuffs have been applied).  If I'm in a group fighting mobs that DoT regularly (most of them) its pointless to use wards so I have to heal instead and lose all my power in half the time.

I don't mean to offend but I rate a problem that seriously degrades our healing performance far above a cosmetic bug.

This seems like a simple bug fix, but would make a world of difference to us as healers.

I'm not offended, and can certainly understand why defilers that are high enough level to have wards affected by this bug would consider it a must-fix-now issue.  But I don't have any of these wards yet, and if I'm picking something to be fixed "right now", I'm going to pick something that affects me "right now" SMILEY

It may just be a cosmetic bug, but the faulty baleful countenance graphic does affect my enjoyment of the game, and in a game that I'm playing (and paying for) for my entertainment that certainly qualifies it as an issue that should be addressed.

Being only 22 I would still fix the 26 Ward problem.

Personally I'm afraid of a fix to Wraith form. I would rather turn into a smoking armored human than a smoking wire frame running around. Not really sure what graphic they intended to use though. Be kool if it was like a specter from eq1 or something like that. IMHO.

Best regards,
Blixx

We have to pick one thing? ;p

First would be to fix our wards so that they dont break with dots/specials.
The other would be fixing our bebuffs which expire 20-30 seconds before their timer actualy runs out.

No doubt its an issue that should be addressed.  I only question its seriousness when compared to a something that affects our healing performance.  Defilers aren't there to look pretty, they are there to keep people alive.

Ofcourse I hope all the Defiler bugs get fixed SMILEY

I'm not here to be pretty, I'm here to be a rat. I chose to be Ratonga even before I had the game, choosing a class was very much a secondary concern. I'm a lot more willing to work around bugs that affect my defiler abilities than I am to put up with bugs that keep me from being a good rat.

Ditto on that SMILEY

Personally, I'd like to see useful information in the spell window about our debuff spells.Detailed information about what these spells are doing would be very really helpful. When a Wailing Haze lands, does it slow by 1% or by 15%? Otherwise, it's just a guessing game for us. Plus nobody else in the group knows that impact of our debuffs. When you think about it, it's only fair. We are given blow-by-blow information about everything else going on in the battle. Melee get credit for big damage hits and kills. Same for mages. Would be nice to get 'some' credit such as "YOU weakened an Owl Bear by 20%"

I would like detailed reports on what our debuffs are doing as well. Or atleast dueling so I could test things out under controlled situations.

You guys crack me up with the baleful graphic compaints. All the other issues in the game and thats all you care about? Shallow Hal.

I vote to fix the Ward problems. Hard to use them period past 40 on anything but a bruiser/monk and still break to dots soon as cast on them as well.

Liike said above any other illusion stops wraith illusion, and if you dont like it dont use it. I dont play the game to look pretty. Everyone looks the same anyway so what does it matter? How about all med armor looks the same on everyone? Same thing so it doesnt matter.

Eventually they will make graphic changes, its not a high priority.

I would nerf the pets that come together with the lv48 group instaward. We can solo white^^s with it for christ's sake.
Other stuff is good. Debuffs & wards work. Of course I don't use wards at all on plate tanks, but that doesn't mean they need to be made better.. they are "worth" casting on medium and lower armor, especially on non-fighter AT's. Just get this preconcieved notion of wards as main mitigation out of your heads folks..

Dang where to start... and only one... that is like telling a kid at a candy store just one, it is just wrong!

Fix my dps? We all know the issues, I say is a matter of having someone from SOE tell us if they will do something about it or if we can just post over and over about the same issues and be non-productive.

I read that they are aware of the cosmentic issues with our baleful countenance graphic, they will fix, so lets drop that subject, they are aware.  We just need to get the Dev's to tell us if they are aware of the other issues and if they plan on doing something about it. Wards is huge, de-buffs, spell effectiveness, are they working properly?

I am going to the candy store and getting some bags of candy!

Maybe I'm just weird - but I would like Grey Wind to be fixed. I know it's not a Defiler specific spell but heck, it's the only Snare we ever get and it's broken.  SMILEY

So you don't think Wards being dispelled by DOT's has led to your conclusion that you shouldn't cast Wards?  You do realize that every other healing class has, essentially, the same healing spells as you, and their MORE efficient specialty heals, which you arn't even using?

One thing, Definately Wards and ALL the bugs in them incuding efficency vs other classes. Just made 26 will be testing new ward soon enough.

the negative damage modifier our weapons take id remove that thing from all priests let us use weapons at there base weapon damage ( this would sure help our solo ability and let us truly help a groups damage output without requireing all our damage to come from spells )
