Spirit of the Bat Adept III

Since I know nothing of Master I of this spell ever dropping, can an adept III version be made if the person can make an

app IV? Oh, one more thing, if it can be made, how much in-combat regen is it? the App IV is 7 per tick.

Adept 3 can be made if the sage has the correct book. The regen from adept 3 is 9.4, if i'm not mistaken.

For some reason, I missed this spell leveling up. I read about it on this board, and bought an Adept 3 version today. It's useful even for a level 57 Fury... Lol. If you're like I was, and don't have this spell -- check this buff out and get it. It uses zero concentration and lasts until cancelled.

I still use it at 60. Although it seems now that it has a duration on it that isn't listed. Not sure if that's intended or not though. But I've glanced at my buffs and noticed it will have a time limit left on itt.

That's a display bug, it's been happening to me off and on after LU #18
