App2 after 30?

all through my 20's i've been getting my scrolls from QH ... but now they dont stock my lvl30+ b00ks... newbie question i know but where is the new vendor? as many of my spells arent for sale in adept1/3 on perma yet

They are still in QH - just on another vendor. Check the scribe shop across the street. You just needed to look around a bit more. :smileyhappy:
