It's been interesting to read about all the reactions to "THE CHANGES." Some people are really expletive ninja'd by farbot. I only have one character I play: a Warden, level 21, who at the time of the patch, was completing her AQ2. I logged on the day of the update and was promptly killed by a bear I had been soloing easily for the past few days. I've never been a player who got into all the stats and minute details about playing their character. I hear some people that are so into the details, it boggles my mind. Anyway, that's another topic. I think what I'm going to do is restart my character. That way I will be able to grow into these changes. It will be a new start so I will know what my character's abilities are right from the start. I will also create some other new characters and look at it as a whole new game. I know there are some level 40+ out there that really wouldn't want to do that and I can understand that completely. All I know is that I am confused about how the changes affect the Warden class. I have read a thousand posts and still don't get it. Are people saying that our direct heals that used to keep Tanks alive are now Heal Over Time spells? We no longer have a big one-cast heal power? Please, just answer in general, if you start listing abbreviations and names of spells and recast times and all that stuff, I will just be more confused. Is this change supposed to be more beneficial and realistic to the way the game should be played? According to SOE at least? I am also confused by my spells. I'll post those concerns in another post. Thanks all and good luck.

All of our spells are basically the same type of spells as before. We have our single target heal over time, our group heal over time, a smaller heal with an hot attached to it, and a larger heal. Things have just changed in terms of how large the heals are, how fast they cast, the power they use, their duration, and how fast they tick. (I know alot of information sorry) There are more heals on the same timer now. All of the heal over time spells now stack properly with each other. Buffs are all pretty different now. Your wolf-form no longer takes a concentration point. Since you are lvl 22, you are probably wise to start over. It more then likely will help you to start with a clean slate so to speak. Good luck!!

Thanks Arielelf,I've heard various people say that some heals are on the same "timer" now. What does that mean exactly? Thanks

Let's see how to explain this. Spells on the same line are connected. Bloom (small heal with hot attached to it) and Sylvan Waters (my small heal with the hot attached to it) is on the same timer. This means I can not cast Sylvan Waters and then right after that cast Bloom. When I cast Sylvan Waters they both grey out until the recast timer is up. Someone else can probably do a better job of explaining but I hope that helps a little bit.
