Sounding board on training choices...

Now that some people are pretty well experienced and knowledgable on EQ 2 on what choices seem to be the best, what is everyones experience/views on training choices for each tier: 10th, 20th 30th, etc. I have seen some posts on it scattered around, but hopefully this can be a central area where new and current Necs can find information to make good, informed choices based on other expeienced players views. I plan to share my thoughts as I grow in the game and hope those that are more experienced and knowledgable will lend their thoughts as well.
