![]() Anyone know what the spell from Bloodlines is ? I heard its a breeze spell........... If so, it has to be better or have some cool thing added to it than a normal mana spell. Other classes get cool new things. Anyone know ?

i had a breif look at the new spells on the merchant yesterday and i think it was called mana cloak and was a proc u put on a person that has a chance to give them power when they are attacked.

![]() Hey, that's rather nice..
Look on it like this, instead of getting a long recharge, +171 mana spell, we could have gotten a short recharge 5K damage hitter attack against solo mobs like the bruisers.. (that attack alone solos better than my coercer did)

![]() Yeah, I can see it now. DEVS: Gee Coercer's generate to much mana it is ruining game balance. What spell should we give them in the adventure pack? I know something that generates MANA. Hey good idea!!

![]() I got the spell. Only a tank benefits from it at all. I am once again disappointed. I woulda been happier with a Dolphin illusion that adds +10 to Str

HAHAHAHA I TOTALLY AGREE!! I would have takin that [expletive ninja'd by Faarbot]in spell over what they gave us any day. Hell dont even make it add 10 str just make it an illusion. Pfft what a joke. |

![]() It is true SOE hates the enchanter classes. Either that or they are playing a cruel joke on us all. Maybe April 1 they will have a patch message that says April Fools Coercer and we will actually have spells that work.

![]() Correct me if I'm wrong...(which I know people will do). Our spell from Bloodlines is Mana Cloak. Its has a 900sec recast timer. You cast it on one person. It lasts for 3 minutes. It's a reactive proc, which has a 33% chance of going off everytime that the person is hit during those 3 min and gives back approximately 170 power to the person on which it is cast? Situationally useful.

Partially correct, I believe that manacloak is a group spell has power regen equal to breeze plus has a 33% chance to give an amount of power back each time they get hit. Like you said situationally useful, not an awe inspiring spell but hardly terrible either.

![]() Mana Cloak: (half way trought BCh) App II Power - 64 Casting - 2s Duration - 180s Recast - 900s MaxAoE targets - 6 Enchantments 175 Ordination 225 Cast breeze on groups members. When targets is struck this spell has a 33% to increase power by 59-98. Soulsieve: (Complete BCh) Power - 167 Casting - 2s Recast - 60s Evocation 175 Disruption 225 Inflict 309 - 378 damage on target Decrease power of target by 85 - 105 Increase power of caster by 41 Heal caster for 166 Target must be vampire. It works like a mastery strike.
