Illusionists on the DoF Beta server do NOT get upgraded Charm Spells

Well, just to add to the confusion....I just checked (again) and I do not have a single upgrade to the level 10 Charm spell as a level 47.5 Illusionist. At level 20 Illusionists get their first Personae spell (Doppleganger) and from there on only that line is upgraded.

I know that Illusionists on the Test Server have both lines of spells (Charms and Doppleganger) but that is not the case on the DoF beta server. I'll post on the beta server forums and try to find out why but the devs have been very closed mouthed on feedback to questions posted by the mages.
