Taunting Challenge

any one use this much? Does it increase hate each time you swing or just when you first use it?description on the skill:Reduces damage slightly while increasing hate with each hit.

I think its bugged. From my experience it acts a one time hate generator and actually only affects a single mob in an encounter and not the whole encounter like shouting cry, overall sucky but I still use it.

I think its just like taunting blow.. a low damage attack with like half a taunt built in. SEEMS to help me keep aggro, I chain it with taunt de jur.

I use Taunting Challenge quite often. For a single mob, I taunt, hit a few damage attacks, then taunting challenge and I keep aggro 95% all to myself after that. I rarely have to bust out the Rescue with this setup.
