Less a week left before the update, but there are still questions

1 question
How to increase level Ascension class in PoP on live-server?
After complete 3 faction & signatura i have 12 Celestial Ascension.
In order to increase 4 Ascension classes need 20 (19) Celestial Ascension.
My trainer in Obolus Frontier dont increase my level after 10 level.
My trainer dont give me Guided Ascension.
How to increase all (4) ascen classes?

How to found in PoP new crossbow?
I bought a standard edition. I do not have a crossbow in rewards/
What should I do in game to get a crossbow without upgrade to (collection or premium) edition?
