Lastest Beta Patch won't install

Had been playing Beta no problem before. Took a week or so off as was working on stuff on the regular server. When I switched to Beta the update downloaded fine til the very end the got repeat warnings the it couldn't write eq2 exe to the correct location. Tried Launcher running as Admin be still same error. The US English version is working ok.

Turned out there was a Win10 update that required a restart. Until that was done it wouldn't allow any exe file to be updated
