Lore-Equip Crafted Weapons

Are the crafted 1h weapons supposed to be Lore-Equip or is this a bug? I don't understand why you wouldn't allow duplicate weapons (if dual-wielding). If this is a bug, I will send in a report. If it is not a bug, could you explain why?

I suggest sending in a /bug as that may get seen sooner than the forums.
