Yep, we can test "A Call for Expertise" (Trade Liaison Wells didn't have a quest book over his head the first time you're sent to him, FYI, on the Qeynos version), but we can't test "Scale of Research" and beyond until someone unlocks Kylong Plains for us.

Got to the quest Final Assessment, but it appears to be bugged - I can't find any flasks where the Duality indicates they should be. Bug reported - can't wait to see what's next.
