adds from the captain hit way to hard and come way to quickly for a solo zone. perhaps with two people i suppose but even with healer merc necro gets owned healer merc is still useless get more mileage from the monk merc. getting smacked by 5 mobs each hitting for 40kish slashing damage against cloth to fast to wrangle down and control even with fears and tank pet and tankish merc great fight but the casuals are gonna have your head for this zone lady whats her ports with the 8 bouncers in 3 seconds ya not so good either tried slow burning thinking the adds were summoned every x health tic nope they came at once spinner dude was a cake walk pull him out of that room and kite him. that might need looking at if you dont want him kited but after lady that easy of a kill was welcome but that captain holy smokes. still working on him very frustrating and my necro isnt horribly geared either.

Lady Bispie still way to hard for a mage. Going slow to only get 2 adds at once, going fast it doesn't matter. The merc healers in the game are useless (and have been for some time now). Get hit by 3-5 mobs for 40-80K a pop will kill me without sustained heals and I have 650K health and all mystical gear with 1-2 purple gems per slot. Couldn't do it at 95 so went up to 96 still no dice. I tried Perin, Stamper, and Bjorn for healer mercs. I pulled it about 30 times and closest I got was her to 50%. I was going to try to get the updates in the advanced solo zone with a real healer but you can't get in the zone until you are 98. So at this point the sig quest sits on hold till I can grind out 2 more levels (which I shouldn't have to do)

![]() I've tried running to her when she moves and staying ranged. I die. I've tried killing adds but it's like a never ending cycle.... adds die, more adds spawn and no damage getting on the named cause the adds are all I can handle. I die. Not to mention trying to keep up with the named porting. I've tried using the good Lady Pally merc and with Perrin the supposed healer. I die. Like others have said the healer mercs need to go back and learn how to heal. My only option at this point is to reset the zone and see if I can find a live healer to duo it with me. It's supposed to be a solo level 95 zone and I should be able to handle anything in the zone with Mystical Raid gear. I'm stuck doing this zone until I can finish it since there are no other quests..... I'm also missing out on testing quests on the Pygmy Isle since I can't update Research and Recovery after getting the bookcase update. I am guessing Clackwhinge's quest line is the one that takes you to the Pygmy Isle..... I could be wrong though LOL. |

I noticed that in overland at least, the healer merc crit chance was 150%. (Archon)

I am also stuck at Lady Bispie. I am a level 95 Beastlord. The overland quests have only gotten me 90% of 95 at the moment. I am geared with advanced solo gear from the previous expansion and I am using Perrin Wanderhoof as a merc.

I'm a level 96 Wizard. All but one armor slot is Gemmed energize the last with a mystical piece. The rest of my slots are all raid quality, several good ToV raid drops. Everything is adorned.
This zone is definitely tuned too hard for something that is supposed to be "[Solo] Intended level for this version is 95, straight out of the last expansion" It might be ok for classes that can take the hits, or recover from them such as tanks and healers, but as a cloth wearer, This is a bit crazy. Trash health can be a little lower. Not drastically, but it is a bit high for a 95 solo zone designed for last expansion gear. Bibsie, in her current form is simply not fun. As far as I can tell, it comes down to threo reasons. 1. Cloth wearers (even with defensive AA's, I have tried) take too much damage during the encounter. 2. My Healer Merc doesn't have a prayer at keeping me alive. It's very slow to heal, and I am seeing an average of about 55K HP healed. That averages out to just about 10% of my health. 3. My healer merc can't survive. Because of my gear and DPS, I can get past the first wave of adds but when she reappears my merc dies. So I am now low health no healer. Right now, this is a show stopper. I can't progress past this point for the quest, so I can't work on getting beta rewards, or test other quests. For something that is supposed to be tuned for level 95, average gear and solo, it is not. Dozens of deaths in your first solo zone in the solo questline without success, when you are trying to level, ie not get XP debt, isn't good at all. |

I tried it again with a Warden friend, also solo equipped level 95, and we both died.

Looking at my logs, The adds don't seem especially difficult. They hit between 20 and 32K but never miss. Bipsie is averaging 40K every second. It looks like my Merc is dying to AE auto from the adds. It is reminding me of the bolgin fight early on last expansion. The merc just couldn't stay alive and wasn't healing enough.
What would probably make sense is to Tune the DPS of the named down 20%, make the merc immune to AE damage (or turn off ae attacks on the mobs) and buff the healing ability of the healer mercs in the zone so they can at least be useful. Krivok healed me for a total of 160K before he died. By comparison, I clicked a signet of light and it healed me for 1.1 million. So a clicky is out healing my merc 7 to 1. |

I'm not sure if it's intended but I cannot run this zone without a real (human) healer. I agree with the above, mercs are getting slaughtered and cannot keep up healing at 40k+ HPS. I've run this zone almost 1/2 a dozen times now, with my Illy and my Lock and both have the same results. If I don't have a real healer I am not going to survive it, with or without increments.
If the solo zones are intended to be run with a healer to succeed, then please acknowledge that. I don't mind it being that way and honestly had alot of fun running with a chan and both of my toons. My warlock didn't have a hard time of it with increments built up and my illy had a fairly easy time with the new AA prestige. Both are pretty well geared, either Mystical or Energized. The zone still has quite a few bugs. I ran it last night with my Illy and after clicking the treasure chest to zone in it spawned 2 Qeynos agents. One scripted correctly and the other was stuck at 1%. I reported that as well. The zone out didn't work for a few minutes but I was able to eventually get out of the instance. The Queen is the most difficult fight, last night she was spawning adds at a pretty scary pace. I can see may classes struggling here (I did for quite a while). Overall, for mage classes and a healer I don't see this zone being a challenge but for any class and a merc at it's current stage it is impossible. |

3 gemmed potent gear warden with dearon in solo version, all names been easy for me once you figure out the script, even the captain is cake if you avoid the water wave and kill adds, altho I agree here as well that they hit way too hard, considering its made for lv 95 with starter quested gear.
on a side note, would it be possible to add an additional revive point on upper lvls? the running back to top after a wipe on duncan or captain is kinda annoying ![]() |

I will take a look at adding some revive spots. Out of curiosity... For those that are able to clear it how long is the run taking you total? Those that haven't been able to clear it what are your hit points and resist values on the characters you are using? I took a look at the buff packages on the adds and the Bispie adds have the same stats as the regular bouncers in the zone so they shouldn't be hitting overly hard. You can control the number of them that spawn and how fast in the script of the fight. As far as the adds on the final boss they were set to hit a little hard so I am reducing that slightly.

gninja take a look at the agent of qeynos, and maybe freeport. After we killed the captain. And i went to get the quest update in the secret room my solo partner couldnt zone over because he didnt have a key. Agent bugged, and instantly agro'd him instead of me. By the time i got back to him, agent was further bugged in an unkillable state and we had to evac to end the combat.
I assume he is ment to be be unkillable(has a buff) and disengage, and not just keep attacking you forever. |

That isn't something in regards to the zone that is the signature quest line correct? I will forward it over to those folks.

![]() As an Illusionist, with 74k resists across the board and 700k hp's, I have no problem with any of the zone (including Captain), the only exception to this is Lady Bipsie.. and honestly, I think if you guys just up the healing of merc healers then this encounter will be fine too. I'm not talking about having Krivok pump out 100k hps, but the 5k hps that he's currently pumping out isn't enough to overcome the constant DoT (Dangerous Flirtation) which kills the Merc by the time the second round of adds spawns. Another solution to this, might be to make the merc;s immune to the AoE.. Now I was able to beat her a few times by spec'ing undeath and unleashing everything I had, but that strategy was luck based on where she ended up on the port. |

Oh, and as for your first question... if I were to one pull Lady it'd take about 30-35 minutes to clear... but since it takes me about 10 pulls to get lucky on Lady's ports, about 90 minutes

im a 96 ranger in almost full heroic fabled ToV gear and am getting owned by Lady Bipsie. i think was is doing it, is the uncurable DoT that she casts, that thing hits like a semi truck barreling out of control down a downhill road, with no breaks.
i am currently at around 430k hp with 65,394 elemental resist, 65,679 Noxious resist, 67,579 Arcane. on a side note, i get owned by the groups of 3 rats that are around the zone, unless i have cleared enough room to kite them. for being a solo zone, i do not think i should have to kite 2 single down arrow rats, as well as a single 1 up arrow rat. i have tried 2 different healer mercs. Stamper, and the mystic ( cant remember his name. its a barbarian.) |

![]() I checked from some ladder to climb back on dock and could not find any. I had to evac, same from the pool. Also the script of the little nasty scout is unclear, you suggested that blade could be avoided .... that the first thing i tried but the named KB ... making jousting complicated. I understood that may be we should not hit the dude when he cast his special thing ... if this is the case players should get a clue about that without trying to examine one of his bufs. If we have to use singular focus, or too stop hitting the dude (like for bolgain) it's not very clear. Last boss is also annoying, so we need to joust his special but he KB and there is a pool nearby from which we cannot get out. Last you should review mercenaries, especially healers ... but you should be carefull with that, my necro has always been much faster at running As than my healers. Indeed she does not need to follow the simple scripts ... Ferrin dies before using is necrotic sphere, no portal get summoned. Providing dps classes with even moderate hps is probably trivializing totally any content for them. But if you improve healers mercenaries then we should also get decent tanks (like lady, but she is quite too much since she can tank heroics) and decent dps mercenaries. Daeron could be decent if he had some AOE taunt and some decent hate mod. Even when wearing healing gear i usually end up with all the mob hitting at me. |

![]() Bipsie's adds are red to level 95. Roughly 590k hit points (though I'm 97 now), and resists: 76,209 ele; 76,015 nox; 77,741 arcane. I was in the zone approximately 22 minutes. 1st attempt: (a 7 second fight where I did 10 mil to Bipsie) I was hit with a noncrit crushing of 1,321,188 one shot. Krivok Honorclaw was hit for 1,614,943 noncrit crushing one shot. 2nd attempt: (an 8 second fight where I did 4.7 mil to Bipsie) I was hit with a noncrit crushing of 1,426,878 one shot. Krivok Honorclaw was hit for 1,583,754 noncrit crushing one shot. |

The whole issue with Bipsie is her DOT is hitting too hard. With 71k resists 8600 mitigation it was hitting me for 55k every 3 seconds (~550k HP = 12 second encounter that results in a dead scout/dead mob - luck on ports required). The encounter would be more manageable if the DOT didn't hit so hard OR if it was potion curable.

Other issues:
1. I find that once I've engaged any mob in the zone I remain always in combat. Unless I camp out and back in to get out, but then the problem comes back. (This didn't happen this morning.) 2. The "a Brokenskull pirate rigger" who is at -3.75, 1.73, 33.16 - as soon as you aggro him he runs to the end of the dock and back. I noticed my merc do the same thing as well. This npc has done this every time I've been in the zone. He respawns too. (This appears to still be an issue.) |

![]() Her DoT was set to get stronger the longer the fight went on which is likely why its hitting too hard for some and not others. I am removing the part that makes it hit harder the longer its on for the solo/advanced solo version of the zone. The red adds should be cleared up. If you are still seeing them please reset your instance and try again. |

The rigger is likely not playing nice with the pathing down at that first dock. Will check into it.

![]() On the captain fight, he throws out 8-10 adds in rapid succession; they were doing 10k each. With him doing 78k, and merc healing 10K on average, and if you made the adds (with their 10 mill health) only doing 2K each, you still have him trashing a 500k non-tank/healer player in 5.6818 seconds. If I get super-lucky with a 3.1 mill dps burst for 10 seconds, I'm guessing 31 mill damage isn't enough to kill him either. Currently, for non-tank/healer players, this zone is tuned for Advanced Solo play, and I would have to take a healer into this solo zone for the last few fights to make it painless. Again, if this zone is not meant for level 95s to be running through it, I hope it's not part of the normal overland quest progression since I'm unable to get through it w/o outside help. Or otherwise there should be some message letting us know what level we should be for the zone. |
