fan faire SoE emial being checked?

Is the fan faire e-mail still being checked? I had a bone head move before fan faire and registered under my alt account. Sent in an e-mail and it was changed to my main account and billing shows just that. However, the claimed items from fan faire are on the alt account and I have sent in 3 e-mails and have heared nothing back. Could anyone at SoE kindly check into this for me please? Also, will my main account be tossed into the Beta hat? That is my main concern really as I have done the past 4 Betas and would like to make it a 5th!

It probably is, but to be safe, look for an active red name on these forums and PM them (Ashlanne most likely would be your best).

Still hasn't been resolved and e-mail(s) have been sent. With Beta for AoV coming up I am hoping that my main account will be flagged for it.
